World Kindness Day – guest blog by St Mary’s Catholic Primary School

Hello everybody!

We are Year 3 at St Mary’s Catholic Primary School in Battersea. Today, we would like to talk to you about respect.

Respect means showing kindness and positivity to others.

In school, we show respect to one another by helping each other in class and on the playground. We also listen to our teacher and put our hand up when we want to speak. If we do or say something that is disrespectful, it is important to say sorry.

We are so lucky to have Book Club every Wednesday. It is very important to be respectful in Book Club. We always listen to others when they are reading. We try not to fiddle or distract anyone when somebody else is reading. Most importantly, we always try our best.

This week it is Anti-Bullying Week. This means it is even more important to show respect to one another!

We hope you enjoyed our blog.
