Executive Director, Give a Book

Victoria Gray is a writer and former university lecturer in Medieval Literature. She is the Executive Director of the charity Give a Book and is a Trustee of the Hawthornden Literary Retreat. In 2011, she founded Give a Book (charity no 1149664), which promotes books and the pleasure of reading in the hardest places. The charity mainly works in prisons and with disadvantaged children and young people through the UK.

Alison Lambert

Alison is a senior real estate executive in her position as SVP Head of European Finance for Oxford Properties with a passion for driving performance improvement and shaping business decisions.  Alison has experience of managing cross border teams, shows commercial acumen, has the ability to see the strategic vision despite the complexity of continuous change.  Alison is dedicated, committed and flexible to both her job and her family. Alison is an active proponent of improving and promoting inclusion and diversity within the real estate industry and is affiliated with a number of networking organisations championing these causes. Alison is a champion of local causes and as such is a Trustee of Book Clubs in Schools.

Rich Parkin

Rich Parkin has spent the last 20 years advising senior executives on strategy and transformation as a partner at Booz & Company and Strategy&. Previously he taught economics in a US business school. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, and a BA from Cambridge.
